Cecilia & Bernard started their wedding day one floor apart from each other at the DoubleTree hotel downtown.  They made sure that they didn't physically see each other before the Tea Ceremony, but Facetime via iPad/iPhone was acceptable :)  Everyone headed to the Tea Ceremony in New Orleans East.  Their ceremony was held at St. Josephs on Tulane Avenue and the reception was at Ba Mien Reception Hall in New Orleans.  Wink Event Planning did a great job coordinating the day and all of the floral arrangements were provided by Bella Blooms.
